Yes — delivery, full setup, and pickup are included with every rental at no extra charge across Cook, DuPage, Lake, and Will counties. We arrive 1 to 2 hours before your party start time and take everything down once the event is over.
Our toddler bouncers fit ages 2 to 5. Standard bounce houses and combos suit ages 3 to 12. Water slides range from ages 3 to 7 (13ft Palm Tree) up to ages 6 to 12 (22ft dual-lane racers). Interactive games like Wrecking Ball, Wiped Out, and Human Foosball are best for ages 8 and up — including teens and adults.
Yes. Every inflatable is cleaned and sanitized between rentals with a commercial-grade disinfectant safe for kids and pets. Each unit is safety-inspected for seams, blower function, and anchor points before delivery. We are fully licensed and insured for Chicago schools, parks, churches, and private events.
For peak Chicago party season (May through September), book 3 to 6 weeks ahead. Weekends, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day sell out fastest. Off-season and weekday bookings can usually be confirmed within 48 hours.
A flat area at least 5 feet larger than the rental footprint, a 110V outlet within 100 feet of the setup spot, and (for water slides) a garden hose connection. Grass, turf, pavement, and gym floors all work. Tell us your surface and yard dimensions when booking and we’ll confirm the fit.
Absolutely. Most of our bounce houses, combos, and inflatable games fit standard Chicago gym, church hall, and event-venue ceilings (16 feet or taller). Water slides and 22-foot dual-lane units are outdoor-only. Share your ceiling height and venue address when booking and we’ll match you to units that fit.
